    Is shipment included in the retail price?

    If not otherwise mentioned, the shipping costs for deliveries in Italy are included. The shipment is not included for deliveries abroad. For any further information please contact the distributor for your area.

    Where do I find any technical information about the products (materials, finish, available colours)?

    What are the delivery times?

    Our standard delivery times may vary from 2 to 3 weeks from the order confirmation. For any detailed information about it we please you to ask your usual retailer.

    I lost the mounting instructions of the lamp I just bought. I am interested in one of your products, but first I would like to know how to mount/install it.

    You can download any mounting instruction directly from our website, checking the reference page of each product.

    Where can I find in your website any image of projects and different locations?

    Searching for single product it is possible to find both the product picture and pictures of each lamp in different location and settings. If you prefer you can check the project section to see the project pictures only.

    Do you have any own show-room where to see your products? Where is it located and what are the opening times?
